We stopped in Waco for the night on our way to Padre Island. The hotel met our expectations. The pool seemed a little small, so we did not use it. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. We left a stuffed animal behind and the hotel offers a shipping service to return items left behind (though it's a bit overpriced).

Am a Marriott rewards member, but had never stayed at a Fairfield Inn before, was pleasantly surprised. Front Desk clerk was very hospitable. Room was exceptionably clean and well appointed. Beds/pillows were just right. Tried breakfast before checking out, good choices.

our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in till midnight. the night man at the desk was soooo welcoming !!! he couldn’t have been any nicer to us. made sure we had a room on first floor for my uncle who has cancer. brought us waters and a map for the next day. he went above and beyond!!!

Employees! So friendly and professional and knowledgeable — we especially enjoyed Allen at the front desk who answered questions before we asked and Doreen who makes the all-time best scrambled eggs ever.

The breakfast was wonderful and the area and dining area was clean. The attendant was friendly and kept the food stocked. There were many items to choose from to eat. They had coffee, hot chocolate, and lemonade available at all times for all tenants convenience. The room was clean. There was a hair dryer which was great since I had forgotten mine! I enjoyed the complimentary bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and bar soaps. The a/c worked great! The tv was good. Tables with lights and plugs on each side of the bed. Dark room. There were 2 adults and a child in my group and there were 3 sets of towels which is exactly what we needed! After traveling so long, I enjoyed the footstool for my tired legs and feet. All in all, for the price I paid for the room for king suite, it was worth it!!!

The beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Their breakfast was pretty extensive, although I guess because of COVID, they only offered wrapped breakfast sandwiches, instead of scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, and sausages. All-in-all we had a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good a little messy if you wanted a waffle, over all there was so much to choose from it was nice. The pool was nice, The rooms were clean and comfortable, Staff was very polite.

Amazing value. Modern and clean. Free parking. There is a big refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo and conditioner, body wash gel, make-up cleansing wipe, and soap. Complimentary breakfast was good.
